Pam oversees our clients’ year-end process, ensuring they are fully compliant with their legal and reporting requirements. Also responsible for the tax affairs of both personal and corporate clients, Pam strives to optimise tax efficiencies.

Qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 1993, Pam went on to specialise in Corporate Taxation, passing the Chartered Institute of Taxation examination and is a member of the ICAEW. She spent 13 years working in practice as an Auditor and then Tax Adviser, including six years with one of the ‘Big Four’, KPMG.

Founding Partner, David Cook, is responsible for advising a diverse portfolio of businesses, and assessing their financial health. His wide exposure to business challenges enables him to provide counsel to clients with potential accounting and taxation issues, and propose improvements.

David established The Cook Partnership in 1999, and has been a Chartered Accountant and member of the ICAEW since 1993. Prior to setting up his own practice, he worked for five years in industry, gaining experience as a Financial Controller for a large international firm based in London.
